Rich protein diet and Health - Health - Nutrition



Protein or protein diet is required to help the body build strong muscles, repair tissues and gaze after an effective immune and hormones. If you have a physically active job or take part in rigorous sports training, you might need more protein inside your daily diet. Excellent sources of protein are meat, poultry, fish, eggs and milk products followed by soya products, pulses, grains, nuts seeds, vegetable and fruits.
