Best tips for Machu Picchu Hiking Trip

Peru is one of my favorite countries and also the Machu Picchu hike is one of the most incredible experiences!Machu Picchu is among the most famous destinations in South America along with a sought out wonder for international travels all over the world. I find that I get many questions regarding the Inca Trail trek and likewise to creating a packing list; I made a decision to answer readers questions to provide you with a better idea about what to expect.

Check out following Machu Picchu Hiking Trip tips:

Plan a Year in Advance: This will give you time to save up for the trip, to book a cheaper flight, Top hotesl in peru and to negotiate an amount with the tour group company.

Outerwear: Conditions on the trail to Machu Picchu may be rainy and cold at any time of the year. To accommodate all types of weather, pack layers: a mid-weight fleece, rain shell, thermal shirt, and short-sleeved shirt can be used in combination for almost any condition.

Foul weather gear: During the summer and early autumn months, temperatures are relatively moderate and skies are clear. Remember, however, that you will be in the mountains and at higher altitudes where the weather can be very erratic, so pack rain gear regardless of time of year. We recommend a Gore-Tex parka and pants, which need to fit over your bulkiest clothing.

Lots of layers: Because you will be in the mountains at high altitude, we like to layer synthetic clothing (such as polypropylene, Capilene or pile). Synthetic fabrics are the most effective barrier against cold or wet weather. They are light in weight, wick away perspiration, and dry quickly if wet. Also note, your clothing should be modest when visiting the traditional towns and cities.
